and Autumn Rates:$250.00 per night with a two night minimum stay or $1400.00 per week Summer Rates: $300.00 per night with a two night minimum stay or $1600.00 per week Rates are for up to 6 people*. We require a two night minimum stay. Weekly rates run from a Saturday to a Saturday. We take a $300.00 security deposit and 1/2 of the cost to reserve the days/week(s). PayPal is accepted with the owners passing on the extra cost to the renter. Refund of security deposit is within the week or at departure if owner can verify satisfactory condition. No pets and No smoking. Smoking permitted outside. Call for special requests.
