The kitchen is all GE Profile appliances-refrigerator, self-cleaning, ceramic top stove and oven with convection and conventional heating, microwave, disposal, and dishwasher. Beautiful maple cabinets, dining table and chairs, all kitchen linens, utensils, cookware, tableware, and antique China and crystal. Small appliances such as coffee maker, can opener, toaster, etc. are included. This is a complete and quality kitchen.
 

The one, open room also includes the living area with a satellite TV, VCR, and a CD player. A family appropriate video library is available. The bookcase is stocked with novels and nonfiction. From the living room go through the French doors to the east deck and enjoy outside dining under the skylights or read in the shade on lounge chairs.

	The twin bedroom downstairs has an antique dresser, chest and desk. The linens are Ralph Lauren Polo. The downstairs bath has a handicap designed shower, toilet and sink.
The full size Frigidaire washer and dryer are also on the main level.	Upstairs is the twin bedroom with a walk out south facing balcony.	The master bedroom has a north facing balcony. Sleep on the pillow top king bed and see the Big Dipper.
The linen closet has extra towels, sheets, and blankets.	The upstairs bathroom has a skylight, double sinks, shower/tub and toilet.	An antique Parson's bench, Lazy Boy chair, chests, luggage rack, antique hanging quilt and charming art work finish the master room.

Brook Song has central air conditioning and heat and a gas burning fireplace in the living room.
